Returns Policy

At CaseePlus, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist you.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse without contacting us first. Any unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal items (e.g., customized cases)


Return/Refund Process

    Please include your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide the return warehouse address and return instructions.

  3. You will be required to ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–7 business days.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • If the order is returned due to customer preference, the original shipping fee (if applicable) is non refundable.


Damaged / Wrong Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
If production or shipping has already begun, the order cannot be canceled.
